3.3 Cookies
We use so-called session cookies to optimise our website. A session cookie is a small text file that is sent from the relevant servers when a website is visited; it is cached on your hard drive. This file itself contains a so-called session ID with various queries of your browser that can be assigned to the common session. When visitors register for the first time, we collect master data (name, address, etc.), communication data (e-mail address, etc.) and, as necessary, payment data (bank details) and access data (password). You can use the information it contains to activate your account. We do not permanently store in our system the data you have shared with us until you have successfully registered. At any time, you can have us delete a user account that you have created without incurring any costs besides the transmission costs according to the basic rates. A notification in text form and the contact data under Number 1 (e-mail, fax, post, etc.) are sufficient for this process. We will then delete your personal data we have stored if we do not need them to transact orders (or similar items) or fulfil legal retention requirements.
